Mark Phillips from the Newmarque herd in Scotland judged the calf championship for the North West Club on Sunday 2nd September 2018. Over 30 pedigree Limousin cattle were shown at the show.
Michael Dale Cup Winner was the Champion Calf Bohogue Nadia an April 2018 born daughter of Ampertaine Foreman. Nadia was bred by Joe Earley. This exceptional calf went on to be crowned Limousin show Champion and Interbreed Champion.
Standing in Reserve was Gerry Walsh’s Gerrygullinane Notorious, a February 2018 born son of Wilodge Joskins.
