The Annual General Meeting of the Irish Limousin Cattle Society Ltd will take place on Saturday 14th November 2026 in the Bridge House Hotel, Tullamore at 7pm.
AGENDA
- Adoption of Standing Orders.
- Reading of and adoption of the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
- The President’s Address.
- Adoption of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 st August 2026 and the Auditor’s Report thereon.
- To appoint an Auditor for the coming year.
- National Seat Election – National Seat Representative to Council – Des Joyce retires by rotation.
- Results of Club Seat Elections.
- Club Reports.
- Any Other Business

Note: Notice of intention to nominate any person for election as National Representative to the Council must be given in writing to the Limousin Office before 5pm on Friday 6th of November 2026. Nomination forms are available from the Society Office. All nominations must be in writing and signed by two members of the society and the nominated person.
National Seat Representative Des Joyce retires by rotation, Des Joyce is standing for re-election.
