Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Irish Limousin Cattle Society Ltd. will take place on Friday 28th November 2025 in the Tullamore Court Hotel at 7.00pm.
Agenda
- Adoption of Standing Orders.
- Reading of and adoption of the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
- The President’s Address.
- Adoption of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st August 2025 and the Auditor’s Report thereon.
- To appoint an Auditor for the coming year.
- National Seat Election — National Seat Representative to Council – Michael Phillips retires by rotation, Brendan Curtin retires.
- Results of Club Seat Elections.
- Club Reports.
- Any Other Business – Topics for discussion must be submitted in writing to the Limousin Office 5 days prior to the meeting.

Nomination forms are available from the Society Office. All nominations must be in writing and signed by two members of the Society and the nominated person
