DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting of the Irish Limousin Cattle Society Ltd will take place on Saturday 16th November 2024 in the Tullamore Court Hotel at 6pm. \nAGENDA \n\nAdoption of Standing Orders.\n Reading of and adoption of the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.\nThe President’s Address.\nAdoption of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 st August 2024 and the Auditor’s Report thereon.\nTo appoint an Auditor for the coming year.\n National Seat Election – National Seat Representative to Council – Brid Cronin retires by rotation.\n Results of Club Seat Elections.\nClub Reports.\nAny Other Business – Topics for discussion must be submitted in writing to the Limousin Office 5 days prior to the meeting.\n\nBy order of the Council \nNote: Notice of intention to nominate any person for election as National Representative to the Council must be given in writing to the Limousin Office before 5pm on Friday 8th of November 2024. Nomination forms are available from the Society Office. All nominations must be in writing and signed by two members of the society and the nominated person.
