Tipperary on Wednesday\, November 16th\, at 7:00pm. \nAgenda \n1. Minutes of preceding AGM\n2. President’s Report\n3. Presentation of Audited Annual Accounts and Auditors Report\n4. Election of Council Members\n5. Appointment of Auditors\n6. AOB \nNotice of Special General Meeting \nAn SGM of the Irish Limousin Cattle Society will be held upon the completion of the AGM on the 16th November 2022 in Racket Hall\, Roscrea\, Co. Tipperary. \nThe purpose of the meeting is to consider and if thought fit to adopt the following two proposals.\n1. A motion to disband the present Society Council in its entirety be proposed and a new Council to be elected by the members in accordance with the rules of the Society\n2.
