Limousin Bulls Continue Strong Start to 2013 in Kilkenny Premier Bull Sale, March 2013
Limousins continued their strong sales performance from the start of the year in the recent Premier Bull Show and Sale, held by Kilkenny Agricultural Society in Cillin Hill, Kilkenny, on 20th March, 2013, with the pre-sale show judged by Andrew McInerney, Co. Clare.
24 bulls sold out of the 48 presented for sale, giving a sale clearance for Limousins of 50%, at an average price of €2,902, the poor clearance perhaps attributable to the poor weather over winter and early spring.
